Luxembourg, never seen a city so blue. Leaving the cloudy home, I carried with me some despair, some symtoms of sickness. The blue sky amazed me, I never see such beautiful sky in europe. It was ocean blue, without any trace of clouds.
Luxembourg city was a huge fortress...that was why we saw quite some remnants like walls, casemates, cannons, and so on. There was a deep valley surrounding the city, I wondered if it was filled with water in old ages.
We spent a day there. The most memorable thing must be the expensive Pizza Hut meal. We wanted to go cheap so we chose to eat there. However, we mistakely misunderstood the menu that we ended up spending quite alot for the meal...But the salad was good, especially when it was put in a such big plate(we ordered a big salad for 8 euros instead of a small one for 3 euros; we thought it was a set meal kinda thing)
On the next morning, we went to one Museum. I ended my visit in no time because I could not understand much French. In the afternoon, we decided to go to Echetermech, a town that was praised as "Little Swiss." Because of the temptation of ice-cream, we missed the bus and we had to wait for an hour for the next bus. We did not waste any time. We managed to produce some news updates on digital camera. Times past by fast in laugters, the next 111 soon appears.
The bus ride was truely fantasitc; although fatigue keeps crushing me down, I tried to capture everything into my brain, which has a tendency to forget everything so fast, so clean.
We had a lazy afternoon walking along the riverside. We played pebbles for a while, see who can make it bounce the most times. I could not recollect who won, I suppose it was me.
The road along the river was interrupted by a little stream of water. Two of us decided to take off our shoes and enjoy the afternoon with freezing cold water. IT WAS REALLY FREEZING. Finally understand why Jack and Rose suffered so much after the Titanic sank.I managed to drag one more people down but the last one ran too far, so she became our photographer.
After that, we rushed back to Luxembourg and take the train back home. We left the blue Luxembourg, but this time, with clouds hanging.
